I was briefed to create a logo, that’ll be used to brand and market me to the design industry.The logo will be placed on my CV and business card and it must also be applied on a GIF.
I wanted to draw a picture and put the design industry in a frame of what they can expect from me as a young creative. So in order to achieve this, I’m going to draw this “picture” using a pencil because from my observation, in order for me to picture anything, I need to draw it out first, which is why my logo is a pencil.I used typography to form my logo. The base of the pencil has my initials “NBN”, to represent me. The “B” is the biggest letter because people call me by my 2nd name, rather than the 1st. This is where I control and draw pictures how I want them to be drawn. The font I used or this design is named Montserrat.
