In 2017, Manuela Bruntraeger represented Singapore in the Miss Universe pageant rocking a costume inspired by the Supertrees from Gardens by the Bay and our national flower.
That was about the same time we tried our hand at fashion design. While we were coming up with the next dress that even Alexander McQueen would be proud of, we got really really hungry.
And boom. Food dresses.
Needless to say we over ordered during lunch under the pretence of “seeing what works”.
And we ended up with 4 drool-worthy dress designs.
