P. Cutajar Wine & Dine Event at The Phoenicia Malta
Wine & Dine events are all about treating yourself and feeling like a superstar. This particular event was in collaboration with wines from Duval Leroy, the biggest champagne house in the Côte des Blancs and one of the last remaining family-owned champagne houses. Special guest Alexis Vaernewick hosted the event on the night. The menu featured 5 dishes from The Phoenix Restaurant, designed by executive chef Daniel Debattista and his award winning brigade.
