Context
IBSA organizes a conference on assisted reproduction every other year, to gather doctors and researchers and allow them to share opinions, know-how and best practices on the topic.
Process
Together with Matter Group, we supported IBSA in the process of designing the conference and its activities. We also curated the real-time visualization of the plenary presentations and the collaborative activities.
Solution
During the three days of conference, we visualized the presentations and collaborative sessions. The outputs were then given to the speakers as a support during the final report out, and displayed on screens next to the coffee break areas for participants to enjoy them.
