Conserto Stand - DevFest Nantes 2018

Work: Conserto Stand - Design - 18 meters square

DevFest Nantes is a big digital convention in Nantes, where developers can meet and share. Digital companies like Conserto are there to highlight their offer and find new talents.

This year, space was the overall theme.

The ambition was to make a great stand, so we decided to create it with 2D and 3D softwares, and recreate a nice immersion for the developers coming to our stand.

Description:

For this work, Lycanthrop' agency had to fill in 18 meters square of canvas, made of 4 panels bind together. So that was quite a challenge to recreate an entire spaceship inside Cinema 4D, and we needed to gather a lot of photo-references to fulfill that goal.

The idea was to create an optical illusion that our team and people coming to our stand where inside a spaceship travelling through space.

We designed futuristic seats and screens, and had fun to imagine how would look our own spaceship. The idea was that the vessel was approaching a pink planet, which represents Conserto brand (pink is their main color). Informations in french on top of the screen is detailing the 8 entities inside Conserto that travellers could meet.

On the right hand side of the stand, we put a big door, like we can see in many sci-fi movies, but with funny stickers on it.

On the stage, employees of Conserto were giving informations about the company, playing with developers on an augmented-reality game where you could win prizes, sharing goodies.

That was a fun event :)
