Let's Tell Time!
I had an absolute blast creating this watch! Below is a little excerpt of what I did to create this beautiful masterpiece! I'm so impressed with how it turned out as well!
Beginning
When I was sketching out some ideas for this project, I didn't really know what exactly to sketch. I started by looking up different watches and of their unique details. I then just sketched lots of different ideas including: hands, bands, faces, number styles, etc.
Middle
I picked this particular watch because I thought it would be a little easier, since it has a lot of different shapes. Boy, was I wrong! I definitely took up a challenge picking this one! Not only were there a TON of shapes, but a lot more shading than I thought there was. Near the end, I was noticing little pieces here and there that had some minimal shading to them that helped to bring them out.

Let's just say that I've learned so much about shapes a ton about shading and even how to be precise on tiny details. This project has been my favorite, because it's helped me to grow and stretch as a person and as a creative college student who is just learning her way.
I included an image of the final watch and an image of all the different shapes I've used.
