TESTIMONIAL from Charlotte Blythe:

"Lucy is an absolutely fantastic person to work with. I recently asked her (at very short notice!) if she would be willing to do an illustration for a paper I was about to submit to an academic journal. The paper was about a youth leadership programme that I’ve been evaluating as part of my Doctoral research. It’s called “Make a Difference” (MAD) and it’s for budding enviro leaders in the Auckland region.

We agreed that the illustration should try to convey each of the key concepts of my paper visually, as well as many of the other activities students take part in at the camp. And this she did, marvellously!

Lucy emailed me an updated version of the picture each time she made significant changes. I would open each new progression with glee and each time I was pleasantly surprised at how much more beautiful it was than I had ever imagined! I love her use of colour, her simple but amazingly realistic figures, and especially her ability to show depth and perspective. I am absolutely thrilled with the final product, Lucy’s professionalism, and the speed with which she produced such quality work."
