Calvin College Road Piece
This theme for this print piece is, “It’s not just what you know, it’s the questions you’re willing to ask.” The theme is strong on Calvin College's core brand of innovation and discovery.
The design concept works tightly within the college's brand standards using angles and plays off the logo's wayfinder symbol. It incorporates drawings to represent the questions students are asking and the solutions they are finding.
The purpose of the piece is for admissions counselors to take on the road to recruitment fairs. The piece compliments the college's larger viewbook and tells an extended story.
I served as creative director and designer on this project. I collaborated with a team to strategize the piece. I concepted, coordinated and directed photoshoots. I concepted a video in collaboration with a writer and video producer and coordinated and directed the video shoots.
