CEMTA is application for Egyptian ministry of health.Its special for general practitioner.  general practitioner can choose specialty he wants and do tasks and record it in the app.Scientific board member manages certificates he heads by adding tasks, updating and deleting it.general practitioner doing task then trainer can accept or reject task.Doctor can be specialist in pediatrics for example without studying 5 years to get the master finally...but he canby exceeding limited tasks in some tracks and be a specialist
