About
The theme was ‘London stories’. Already having illustrated this theme in 2014 I wanted to design something completely different. A lot of my personal work is inspired by the bold colours and geometric patterns of the art deco era, therefore this is what inspired me to create this piece. To the right is a story depicting people of London travelling into the city on the train, set in the art deco era of the 1920s.
