Why does Sochi need Research Center?
Despite the fact that in our country there is no shortage of energy we should not forget that the issue of energy efficiency is very important due to the fact that Russia is a very cold country with huge heat loss, and the question of renewable energy has a special significance for Russia.
Establishment of the institute that brings together a database of technologies would produce grants and help with access to global market market, it would be a real step towards development of green technologies in the country.
Sochi - the city of the new features. It is city in which government imposes a lot of money now , and therefore a great platform for new projects and new technologies.
Sochi - a city that attracts tourists and new investments, and do not forget government officials and the president.
That's why I think the idea of a scientific institute of new technologies, nanotechnology and various
innovation is proper for such developing city.
And large institution must have the museum, in which will be shown the latest inventions without distracting scientists from their work.
