A Physical TherapIst Opinion on Walking Barefoot

Patients reported  decreased medial knee pain and reduction in knee adduction walking barefoot with reductions in knee loading in comparison to conventional footwear. This is due to reduction in force to the medial knee and  decreased symptoms of knee osteoarthritis
