Client: Smartfolio (in-house)
Smartfolio, a mobile app designed for accessing technical information and documents on the go, prioritized offline usability to cater to clients in the manufacturing industry often working in the field without Wi-Fi. Upon my arrival at Ken Cook Co., the Smartfolio mobile app was already in development. Collaborating with a third-party agency, wireframes had undergone review, but the design was incomplete. Ken Cook Co. sought someone to bring the project to fruition. Despite my relatively short tenure, I had swiftly earned trust through my concurrent work on the Smartfolio administrative website project. Stepping in, I finalized the interface design and implemented additional functionalities based on customer surveys. The app aimed to be customizable, allowing clients to incorporate their company logo and brand colors.
