100 Deconstructed

The purpose of this exerise was to collect a variety of iconic portraits of famous personalities and deconstruct the image into basic tones, hues and shades. Ultimately, this collection questions the idea of the portrait, in times where all can be altered, polished and perfected.

When deconstructed, each portrait displays a palette of hues and gradients, uniqueness remains
while projecting predominate features and accessories. Any overly polished detail is obviously lost.
