Vascular Simulation trainer
Vascular simulator with programmable blood pressure for both artery and vein function. It is compatible with real organs and silicone ones. The inside tray has a decline to guide and control the water's flow.
The upper tray has a grid for water drippage, to recover the liquid pouring out of the organ in order to keep a continuous water flow to simulate correctly the non-stopping beating pulse of the organs.
This prototype was fabricated during my work in Training&Competence, and was made in acrylic and glass fiber and tested in an advanced laparoscopy surgery course dictated by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
