262 Towers has been implemented as the first full residence project of Kocaeli. 262 Towers brings the living standards to the highest level with its innovations, comfort and luxury facilities. The fact like, it is a first in Kocaeli, its strong infrastructure and premium line are prioritized by the colors, font family and photographs selected in the catalog design.
The firm's overall posture, the privilege of the project have been supported with the colors in the catalog which is progressed over gold tones. The visuals that are compatible with the powerful spot titles are preferred and emphasized that the project is far beyond a standard housing project.

262 Towers, Kocaeli'nin tam kapsamlı ilk rezidans projesi olarak hayata geçirilmiştir. 262 Towers, bünyesinde barındırdığı yenilikler, konfor, lüks imkanlar ile yaşam standartlarını en üst seviyeye taşıyor. Projenin Kocaeli'de bir ilk olması, güçlü altyapısı ve premium çizgisi katalog tasarımında seçilen renkler, font ailesi ve fotoğraflar ile ön planda tutulmuştur. Katalogtaki renklerde gold tonlar üzerinden ilerlenerek firmanın genel duruşu ve projenin ayrıcalıklı oluşu desteklenmiştir.
