Context
Advertising needs new talent that is able to innovate and reinvent the industry again and again. That’s where ad festivals play a major role, awarding ideas that are stimulating, inspiring and enabling creative excellence. 

Idea
IAA YP consolidates its role as an educator and campaigns for fresh talent in advertising by launching CompetitIAA: The Festival of Ad Rookies. 

How it works
By creating a CompetitIAA edition focused on teaching students about the ad festival standards: well-crafted, well-written, thoughtfully-composed ads, that move, explain, sell, describe and persuade. 

First, we host helpful workshops. Then, we assign mentors and special reward mascots for every team in the competition. Later, we encourage the clients to give feedback on the spot after each presentation. Finally, we congratulate the winners at a cool party and offer them plush lions as trophies.
