I have always been impressed with Lewis’ ability to transform words into worlds. In Perelandra, the second book in his space trilogy, I enjoyed the depictions of dragons — noble, untainted beasts. The dragon came first, and the idea to make a book cover, second. Therefore, this piece is not so much meant to portray the nature of the book as it is a snapshot of my personal pursuits.
