Flavors of sorbetes varies such as mango, strawberry, chocolate, avocado, cheese, ube, etc. Usually it is served by an ice cream street vendor called "Sorbetero", that peddled on different places in Philippines to sell his ice cream. Don't be fooled by the term "Dirty Ice Cream", it is just a term used to differentiate this local home made ice cream from the ice cream that are being sold in stores and market.
