For this photo I used photoshop and some adjustments I made were adding more hue and saturation to the balloons. For the background, I darkened the sky and blurred the buildings slightly.

For this picture, my cousin took in India, and I made some adjustments in photoshop. I added a blue hue to the sky and I brightened the areas that were on the ground.
