Okay, for this project the idea was to spin off one of the previous entry's photographs into a postcard design. Here are a few preliminary sketches. Felt my work lent itself to more of a pop art or even street art direction.

4 roughs. The first was me trying to apply some minor effects to the text using the difference blend mode. The second utilized the stamp filter in photoshop. The latter two were more or less the same setup, but the second was run through illustrator's image trace.

I settled with the one that used the stamp filter. The type still had the difference blend mode and the effect over the dark areas of the figure is pretty interesting. Overall, i wanted to give it a sort of album cover vibe.
