Alnylam is a trial drug designed to treat a rare but deadly hereditary disease called Hereditary ATTR (hATTR) Amyloidosis. This booklet tracks a family's struggle with the disease through the generations, how it's been inherited, and their hope for a cure. I worked on this with designer Juliet Vuelens.
