Blood Components: A Multi-modal Interactive Application

Blood Components - An Educational Multi-modal Interactive Application
The OmegaDesk is a Multimodal workstation that the UIC's Electronic Visualization Lab developed to create more dynamic modes of interaction with various types of data.

The goal of this application was to provide text and image based information about blood components in an engaging manner, encouraging the user's inquisitive mind. Blood components were created using Autodesk Maya and exported as 3D FBX files, which the OmegaLib application easily imports.
