Promoted from Assistant Art Director to Art Director with many new duties involved in managing the Art Department staff of three and all aspects of our daily operation. Granted control of one of the largest budgetsin the company. Collaborate with marketing and sales staff, product managers, printers, photographers and illustrators. Create and art direct packaging within existing product and new ones. Involved in the development of new toys and games. Design and facilitate the yearly production of over one million copies of the FSI catalog for our retailers. Develop the visual look of the new website, determine the underlying functionality, hire programmers, and overseeproduction. Conceptualize and install Toy Fair booth displays and signage. Designed retail spaces in FAO Schwarz for 4 of our product lines. Independently lay out and manage the progress of the annual 256-page product catalog.
