The SPCA wanted a new way to stimulate their adoption drive without spending much money. Social media seemed like the perfect solution. With so many of us having online friends we barely know, we asked people to "friend" the animals in real life and adopt them. The campaign was a huge success and the SPCA nearly ran out of animals, it was also recognised at the Effies that year.
