The Paper Doll Project, featuring Minerva, was created for the Women Infants and Children Program at Lincoln hospital as a way of depicting the various foods participants are able to receive through the W.I.C. Program. The following panels of outfits will show the variety as well as the benefits these foods have for all W.I.C. participants.
