ROY LICHTENSTEIN, POSTERS
The new exhibition of the Fundación Canal, "Roy Lichtenstein, Posters", shows the 76 most representative posters of the work of this artistic reference of Pop Art.
For the assembly of Lichtenstein's work, we have sought a street setting, in which some of his posters were originally shown.For this we have used different fences of work and part of the explanatory texts have been presented as the real posters that we can see in the cities, printed on paper and glued with glue.
In the graphic we have highlighted his style with the use of the most characteristic elements: color, comic style and the use of dots as a way to fill masses of color.
