Tiet Xuan | Vietnamese Tet Calendar

Tiết Xuân - Lunar New Year little gift set
Moment : Decemeber  2017- January 2018
Vietnam is a part of the wet-rice civilization. Depending on the demand for agricultural cultivation, farmers divide the time throughout a year into seasons. Vietnamese people celebrate Tết annually, which is based on a lunar calendar. Tết is generally celebrated on the first day of the first month of the Vietnamese lunar calendar (around late January or early February) until at least three days later.

"Tiết Xuân 2018" brings a distinctive Tết (Vietnamese New Year). It does not only have some illustrations of the past, present, formal ceremonies, cultural customs,... but also includes the particular moments and unforgettable memories during this traditional festival. The manner of burning firecrackers, making "bánh chưng" (square glutinous rice cake), displaying "niêu" (an artificial New Year Tree consisting of a bamboo pole 5 to 6m high), five-fruit tray, or taking Kitchen Gods to the sky, floating markets... have been illustrated together with respective explanatory content.

We hope this project would help you understand clearly and have deeper acknowledgement of Tết.
Thank You.
We love your appreciations and comments.
