Childline
Working on Childline was a real privilege, and was a good break from selling cars and train tickets. My role was as digital art director, working with Childline's own design team. They were responsible for developing the new brand identity, and creating content. I was responsible for translating their offline sensibilities into an an engaging and easy to use UI, both front end and within the CMS (EpiServer).
The website is massive and varied, and works fully across all devices; mobile being particularly important. 
As well as there being a lot of content; guidance, videos, games, the most important areas of the website are the private areas, the locker, and online counselling tools.
The professionalism and care of the client team was quite humbling, and it goes without saying that some of the subjects dealt with are shocking. Although very dated, the old website, was much loved by the young people who needed it, so every step of the creative development was user tested by them.
