RESEARCH
I have acquired a client, who needed a solution in the field of packaging, and together we have developed a flexible packaging using the lean methodology. The client needed a transport packaging, which would be suitable for packing different types of bottles. Until now they have used a packaging that has been sufficient for only one third of the distributed bottles, all other bottles have been packaged in oversized boxes with the combination of a filler.

I have made 13 different prototypes during validation.

FINALIZATION
After several phases of testing I have made a flexible packaging in two sizes. It is suitable for more than 90% of different shaped bottles which client distributes. The packages are custom made, the pricing is competitive, it allows personalized print, requires no filler and can easily be recycled.
