Status Monitor
The UX Lead role has allowed me to introduce and streamline the entire research and development process for the existing product.
This is product is about to monitor the pre and post-project development status of Unite.
And the executive intent is that the product must be competent in displaying the accurate project/s status at-a-glance.

Our journey started without any data points, except the executive intent. We spent almost two months creating such a database that can be used for further investigation.
The process started with three members and grown up to 7 members.
Conducted interviews with subject matter experts and documented the facts. The detailed task analysis had created to fill the gaps for an existing application.
Created module-wise Information Architecture and prototype using UXpin, three levels of UT conducted for each module.
An Application to traverse from higher level of assignment to lower level
Starting from the higher level, each level user can see the status/ progress of the assignment.
At any level user/assignee can communicate/escalate for the uncompleted status, also can see the communication history.
In this context of business, user is only allowed to communicate to the contacts which are allowed by the application.
The contacts were displayed in a hierarchy of both Governance and Peer level.
