Katarzyna Dobrzańska is an art restorer based in Krakow, Poland. Art conservation is her biggest passion, mission and her profession. She took part in many national and international scientific conferences dedicated to the art restoration. She is also a painter and a calligrapher. She established her own restoring company in 2018.
The aim was to create a logotype – symbol – made of the first letters of the name and surname - Katarzyna Dobrzańska - adressing mostly patrons, art collectors, institutions and art owners who would like their works of art and masterpieces to be restored. The logo reflects the classic, delicate nature of art conservation. Despite the traditonal origins and methods, art conservators now can use a variety of modern techniques to help preserve the national treasures. The logotype expresses this traditional profession with a hint of modern touch.
