The federal government of Canada's Transition 2050 Partnership Grant application form (green document background) contained a box in which to input your answers to a series of 5 questions. By default, this box was a PDF form for type only. Using Acrobat Pro DC, I used this box as a space to include images, tables, graphs and professionally formatted type to present the client's answers in an attention-getting, credibility-boosting way.

Client had additional documents to supply with grant application, so we organized them into appendices. (Included below are only the pages I formatted from longer documents.)
