The intervention program aimed at rehabilitation of an apartment located in the center of Vila do Conde, on the top floor of a building with around 15 years.
The view was fantastic and had a large terrace that allowed her contemplation. The initial idea when visiting the area to intervene passed maintain identity but add notes to allow further enhance the existing one.
For this I chose to give more importance to the areas of social housing (room and large terrace), two gains that due to the location areas and let in natural light and a total communication with all surroundings.
Spaces clean, minimalist and yet complementary.
The raw materials are, in sober colors.
