A simple introduction, everything is energy and for a better understanding, its just one energy that vibrates either lower or higher, in lower type vibrations, more negative thoughts, depressing feelings, negative actions take place and in contrast to higher vibrations where the opposite occurs.
However is very subtle and constantly changing as you vibrate differently at every moment of your life, depending on your vibration you will have completely different experiences and have a different interpretation of the observable world you live in.
As many of my virtual friends and some of my closest are concentrating unconsciously on negative events of their life and other negative events happening around the world, mostly in my country.
I like to think that change comes within us and I've found that a positive mind finds opportunity in everything while the negative mind finds faults in everything.
I can say endless things about this but if I am not applying it to my own life it would be a contradiction and all I really want to mean is to be the example that you want to see in this world.
Besides these I would like to share with you a creative process that I have learned and experienced in the past months through books, guided meditations, sources from the internet and of course other people that I have met during this journey, consolidated into a mini guide, bringing clarity to your mind in an African styling, eventually one of my wishes being manifested.
I'm not trying to convince anyone or change their lifestyles and beliefs, it's your right to choose what's better for you, but for sure many of you will understand this universal language as a flow of meaningful events and relationships that reflect, in totality, your comprehensive nature.
I kindly wish everyone who reads this, to enjoy this moment, be present.
