Presima commissioned our team to redesign its brand image. The client’s desire for a change stemmed partly from a need to update the brand with a more youthful image, but also from its desire to highlight its uniqueness in the relatively humdrum real estate sector. Presima, an active player in real estate investments, wanted to stand apart from others in the market.

The resulting new image is young and dynamic, and indicates a more direct link with the field that the company operates in.The card not only delivers a distinctive look, but also serves as a “conversation piece” when meeting with potential clients. Striking images of a variety of points of interest in Montreal were used on the business cards so that all of the employees could get their own personalized versions.
