Behavior change project for Danish Nemlig.com

Project for Nemlig.com
Nemlig.com is a Danish online supermarket, who has more than 11.500 goods. Nemlig.com is a supermarket for all. a concept that can be tailored to the individual's lifestyle. At Nemlig.com you can shop and get delivered when it suits you. Direct to your doorstep - They deliver when it suits you and you decide within which range you want your items delivered. Nemlig.com is a full time service. But when you go to the supermarket, do you have to buy for a certain amount? No right? At Nemlig.com you have to buy for min. 400 kr. But for people with low income and people who are alone or don't buy for 400 kr (61 USD), they can't use Nemlig.com.

My study group and I has made a solution based on insight from our UX research. A solution that makes it possible to shop at Nemlig.com without buying for 400 kr. The solution called Orange-levering (orange-delivery) makes you buy for the amount YOU want. Lets say you buy for 330 kr. and you don't want to buy more, now you can choose Orange-levering. With Orange-levering you can get delivery without buying for 400 kr, but you have fewer delivery dates. If you wants more options for delivery, you have to buy for min 400 kr.

For the solution we made a, stakeholder map, an SMP-model to define the audience, a customer journey, a solution assignment and an XD prototype. The XD prototype shows how the solution is implemented on there existing website.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY
THANK YOU
If you want to read our solution assignment you are very welcome to send me a PB. (The assignment is in Danish) Or if you want to try the XD prototype.
