Redesigning lastminute.com's email templates
The project required a huge amount of time and development as this was something that had to be started from scratch as the current email templates were exretmely outdated and inefficient.
I started by brainstorming, analysing and prioritising. Then sketched out concepts, researched and visualised, protypted, user tested and then built and continiously user tested again.
The outcome of the email campaigns was so good that click through rate increased by 150%
