Grimm's Fairy Tales
I hand crafted this tiny forest and wooden cabin scene out of national geographic cut outs within a preserving bell jar.
I wanted to suggest that the forest of the Grimm's brothers stories had been preserved and kept alive. This relates to the 200th anniversary of the published stories and the power of keeping stories alive.

Simple primary coloured typography, with the child readers in mind.
The awe of the inlayed stars mimicked with the scatter of the "Grimm's"
Paper mountain sculptures
Tree experiments
Adding character presence
Practice base and rough editing
Final sculpted flooring of the forest.
