This was a project done for my Adobe Illustrator class, in which we were instructed to create a minimum of four web icons for a website of our choosing. I chose to make a series of icons for the free-to-play MOBA game "League of Legends", one of my favorite past times. Without going into too much detail, the game features a variety of colorful characters in an ever expanding roster. Throughout the game as you are fighting enemies, taking down objectives, and working together with your team, you can earn gold in order to purchase items to make your character stronger; with over a 100 items and over 140 characters, this creates infinite game-play possibilities. There are many websites out there that will give players both old and new to the game instructions on what items to build for different characters, depending on what kind of game they want to play and this is the kind of website that I was designing these icons for.
