Linoryty z serii "Sarajewskie impresje" powstały w 2018 roku. Stanowiły aneks do mojej pracy magisterskiej i zostały zainspirowane pobytem w Sarajewie w sierpniu 2017 roku. Linoryty przedstawiają różne oblicza miasta i moje uczucia związane z tym niezwykłym miejscem pełnym kontrastów: wielokulturowym, tętniącym życiem, ale jednocześnie będącym areną tragicznych wydarzeń. Stosując wiele małych matryc buduję zróżnicowane kompozycje, z których każda jest unikalna. Eksperymentuję również z kolorami oraz różnymi rodzajmi farby i papieru.

The series of linocuts "The impressions of Sarajevo" was inspired by my stay in Sarajevo in August 2017. I created it in 2018 as a complement to my master degree project. Works present different faces of the city and my impressions from this amazing place full of contrasts: it's lively, multicultural, but also experienced by the cruel war. I use many different, small stencils to create various compositions, all of which are completely unique. I also play with colours, different types of paints and papers .
