In this project Bruno, the main character of history, is realized as a Bunraku style puppet. He is a 10-13 years old boy with a "Hitlerite" officer father.
The puppet is made of clay and wooden body. The makeup is made of acrylic paint and felt is used for the hair.
The project includes the design of Bruno's house too. Which is an old suitcase converted to a miniature toy house. In this way it is be able to show the play anywhere.
The second main caracter of story Shmuel, the Jewish boy, is designed as a
silhouette behind the wire, as a white ruled screen looked like a notebook's leafs.
