Planche, an inclusive design mobile application, embraces eye tracking feature to introduce hands free reading experience to all users.

Metis is an app that pairs locals with immigrants. Upon login, locals can input what they'd like to offer, while immigrants can enter what they'd like to learn. The app then matches two person with shared interests.

Serv is an app that allows people to trade services with one another, thus encouraging them to trust each other, to get in touch with strangers and forge their minds around a collective thinking.

Team Bizarre Bizarre
For the French sociologist Pierre Bourdieu, individuals are guided socially to renew behaviors according to their social environment and education. People Alike come together: our circles of friends, sports, love and work. The lack of diversity extends on the net through sites and applications. So if we changed the rules! Lets meet people out of our circles, with different backgrounds, out of our confort zone. Broad is an app that offers to connect people with different backgrounds through activities that take them out of their comfort zone.

As we were talking about inclusion, we realized that whatever the topic we're dealing with, it's the perception of small everyday topics that is the most important to tackle, that could make a difference. Today, when we reach for general news, we either trust a traditional outlet with a precise agenda that you would have chosen most likely because it fits your views, or fall into the chaos of the internet and most likely endure the infamous echo chamber effect.
So how do we address the question of inclusivity of points of view in the news industry? We were interested in making a curated news aggregator that will never ask about our subject interests, but rather expose really different opinions from various news outlet, always grouped under a specific hot topic or theme, that can ultimately enable you to start a conversation with people close to you, with varying points of view. This is Soundproof.
