Project Manager - working in house, a first for myself, within the Marketing Department for GAME to help project manage the Store Managers Conference / Trade Exhibition and what expanded this year for the first time into a consumer show called GAMEfest at the NEC attended by 30,000 people over a three day period.

 

Working with Cascade Productions based in Manchester. Out of my comfort zone of typical event production on many occasions this included developing and implementing a method of selling tickets in store when initial sales through the web site proved disappointing.

 

Worked with all four corners of the GAME Head Office, all departments in Basingstoke and the field. Massive learning curve in Retail Marketing but excellent to see and be involved with all communication channels especially so with PR
