Graphic Facilitation

I've done this Graphic Facilitation fresque during a "Start-up Forum" held by a french company working on information systems for universities. 150 employees of the company have met some of the FrenchTech startups in Montpellier to get inspiration and exchange about innovations and new technologies. 

The second half of the afternoon the employees were using Design Thinking methodology in small groups to come up with new ideas of innovative technological solutions adapted to their work environment. 

I've chosen the MAGIC graphic univers to express how the new technologies presented by startups seemed like magic to the spectators. It was like a rabbit who came from a hat. The "magic" of tech startups is represented with little silver stars around to highlight the magical content. 

In the center of the fresque there is another kind of magic, the magic of human collaboration. As the employees started to work on their own ideas, facilitated by Design Thinking process, they came up with great innovative ideas. To visualise this "human magic" I used the golden cloud coming from a magic lamp.
