Bally Responsive Bespoke Handbag Builder
A scalable, responsive online personalisation experience for luxury bags, shoes and accessories, allowing users to design and purchase made-to-order products via the Bally website.
The journey began with an explanation of the process, materials and products available, leading the customer to the bag building experience.
Working closely with Bally’s eCommerce team, we created several iterations of the wireframes to refine the journey and ensure all options available were fully supported by the back-end ordering system and and the production process at the atelier.
The project was originally planned to launch with handbags with shoes and accessories to follow, which changed to shoes as the brand updated their roadmap. The tool isn’t currently available on the website, but is used on iPads in store to guide customers through the bespoke item ordering process.
