The global hair care market is expected to reach $211.1 Billion by 2025. Yet the industry is segmented and broken up causing exploration and discovery challenges. WAVES was conceived as a point of gathering for hair lovers and professionals to track trends, discover new product and learn more about salons and stylists surrounding them.
WAVES is designed not only to be a personal tool for monitoring hair styles, and an archive of favorite products, but further to be a complete influencer based network designed to connect people with home grown industry leaders.
WAVES was conceived to be a profitable platform with a lively eCommerce marketplace, and networking tool for salons and stylists to promote their services, while further allowing product manufacturers to promote new products.
WAVES is first and foremost a business driven design exercise based on answering human questions.
