Crown OPS 4.0 is a concept based on current problems within the logistic sector and integrates industry 4.0 technologies in the working environment to succeed in nowadays fast-moving world. Based on the research and analysis of the status quo, the project’s goal was to make processes in a distribution centre more efficient and at the same time motivate the workers. Furthermore, an emphasis was put on the human-machine interaction.
