Background & Objectives/
Rent Ready Services LLC. provides carpentry, paint, resurfacing, carpet cleaning and cleaning services to the apartment rental community. The client wanted a clever and creative design that conveyed their process and the services they provide. As an industry standard term, “Rent Ready” is coined when referencing whether an apartment is in the process of, or is "ready" to be rented. The client wanted potential customers to know exactly what they do just by seeing the design.

Concept/
While the idea of a stamp (logo and iconography) signifies an apartment is officially "rent ready", the design elements are cohesive symbols for their many services. The simplicity of the modern iconography is a subtle reminder of the all-in-one services they provide, while the overall design is playful and gender neutral.
