MASTER PLAN OF NAPLES LEISURE WATERFRONT 2.0
The waterfront seeks to improve and enhance the value of waterfront and urban spaces. It is also to enhance the pedestrian connectivity and create more waterfront amenities for public use and enjoyment. This will ensure that it creates more vibrant and community-oriented open spaces along the waterfront to attract more people towards the site. Therefore, the project aim is to proposed a master plan with three different buildings program that can revitalise the waterfront and improve the quality of public use for residents, workers, students and visitors along the waterfront. The proposed building programs will be Pizza Visitor Centre, Contemporary Art of Gallery, Performing Arts Centre of Naples and along with landscape areas, piazza, water sports activities, small kiosk and beach. As a result, by expanding these public areas with activities and programs in the new proposed master plan, it is potentially to enhance and create varied urban spaces which allow diverse uses of the waterfront in Naples.
